Why is there a dispute of Iraq War?The answer is WMD.What does WMD stands for?WMD stands for Weapon Mass Destruction.Iraq was actively developing these weapons.So,Security Council need to do inspection to the 'DEADLY' weapons. According to JOINT DECLARATION BY RUSSIA, GERMANY AND FRANCE,10 February 2003,There is still an alternative to war. The use of force could be only a last resort. Russia, Germany and France are determined to give every chance to the peaceful disarmament of Iraq. War does not solve everything.Innocence people were killed and does that resolve the situation?Just because of 'WMD'?
War like these are bound to happen, it is just a matter of time. I agree that the use of force or war could only be used as a last resort. But i disagree that there is a an alternative for war. If there is an alternative for war, countries would not try to obtain what is so called Weapon of Mass Distruction(WMD).Now it seems that countries are spending billions of dollars on their warfare while trying to obtain the WMD rather than thinking of other alternatives of war. The war in iraq is not much diffrent and it is not inevitable becouse of the insecurities of an enemy having this WMD will only give a disadvantage to the US, while making a pact for alternative of war is almost impossible becouse it will only have the intrest of one party. War is inevitable the only thing we can do is just to intercept the cause of war rather than stopping the war itself.
What are the reason war breaks out between two countries? Well most of the time wars breaks out due to conflict of interests or conflict of views or ideology. The war in Iraq was inevitable as what henki has mention. As the other countries reason for attacking Iaq was because they wanted to capture Iraq's president, Saddam Hussien, as he has been torching the citizens of Iraq for decades. Personally, I feel that the war would have existed even if people tried to salvage the situation. However, I feel that the war in Iraq should not have existed as the citizens in Iraq are the ones who suffered who suffered the most.

Anyway, the war should not have existed as millions of innocent lives, both from America and Iraq itself, are being lost. Most of these souls never wanted to die in such a horrid manner, but are forced to such extremes. Why not we follow the old times, where the kings of the country gear up for war with their people. This should be the proper way because the leaders of the countries are sending their people to their deaths without their point of view on the situation. It remains a question to me why America's leaders are daring enough to start wars in less developed countries, yet they do not go to the warzone itself. Is it wrong to question their courage, integrity and responsibility? You be the judge.
We could not really rely too much from the news from CNN and Al Jazeera as they offer totally opposite viewpoints about the war. But with no clear reason to support the need for the war that has already taken place for a few years, resulting in further conflicts, casualties and destruction, this war should not have happen.
This is an issue of morality. What is the need for this war? Is it really necessary? Living in the 22nd century, perhaps what we are looking forward to is years of progress, tolerance and peace among humanity. Surely we do not have to look back in the past and live in the age where civilization expanded through conquest and eliminate other civilization. This war
I believe could be avoided instead through diplomacy or economic means. This is the only way that the cost of war could be avoided and at the same time combined our resources together and concentrate on providing a better future for our generations to come.
This war shouldn't have existed as it destroys many lives and homes. Many innocent children in Iraq were hurt. I believe that this war isnt the way to settle conflicts among both America and Iraq. Instead what they should work on is to settle things peacefully. This war promotes that violence is the way to solve a conflict and is morally wrong. Thus i agree with most of them saying that war is wrong and shouldnt have existed.

Was it, as ariff89 mention, because of Weapons of Mass Destruction(WMD) or was it ,as zul commented, due to conflict of interests or conflict of views or ideology?
I really am not sure, however, personally, I strongly feel that wars should be the very last resort to anything. Even though wars should be the very last resort, sometimes it really is inevitable especially if they could not come to a compromise. However, due to this war, many innocent lives were lost
I'm totally agree with it. Since the 1st day of the war, thousands of lives were killed, people lost their home, family, beloved and hope during the war. There are other ways to solve a problem, we do not need to resolve to war to overcome problem. So, war in Iraq should have not existed.
The WMD,Saddam Hussien,and blah blah blah were the excuse given by the USA to dispute what they had done.Like other peoples said,war is inevitable,but the problem is,do we really need to work out the problem by using military forces?During the war between two countries,death cannot be avoided or prevented,and the victims are those innocent civilian population.
The fact here is, I seldom bother about such stuffs and that will explains why my knowledge about the war in iraq is that shallow.
If i am not wrong,the war sparked off when USA saw IRAQ and Saddam Hussien as threats to any countries as they were equipped with the WMD as what ariff had said.
Its not about the cause of the war here.Its more about the effects of it. I personally feel that war is definitely the last resort of all things or even not being brought into consideration at all. If there is war,there will be lots of unhappiness. Innocent lives were taken away, loved ones were lost and many will feel the aftermath of it such as bad economy etc. It all voices down to ONE SINGLE POINT and that is,WAR IN IRAQ SHOULDNT HAVE EXISTED.

2)The main aims were to disarm Iraq of weapons of mass destruction and to end its support for terrorism.
But Still, The war killed many innocent civillians.
Not only the it creates social havoc but it also create an economy downturn in for the other countries.
